These bookmarks began when I was experimenting with the embossing capabilities of my die cutting machine. Stencils and foil make a great combination. There are endless stencil designs and foil is readily available and affordable, but embossed foil is not very durable and the edges can be sharp, so I decided to laminate some of my favorite pieces to use for bookmarks.
